« The water heater has hot water fir maybe 2 minutes. I did report to the front desk. They seemed to try to fix it, but it did not get fixed. When I checkedin, the shower floor did not drain. It lookedlike my room did not get cleared it was supposed to be. They cleaned ny shower next day. The breakfast was about between 6 and 7 on the scale 0f 10. Maybe closer to 6. « Nice stay in Savar, the free Spa entrance was great, the food was nice, everybody can find something he /she likes, the room was comfortable and big enough for three, a balcony on top. Only small issue, my wife detected some spots in the hotel that have not been properly cleaned for some time (a pity for a four star hotel) »
« Misleading advertisement that showed there was a desk in the room (we reserved 4 rooms). We were on a business trip and the three most expensive rooms we booked - which was pictured with a desk - did not have one. No toiletries provided except for soap. And no room cleaning - apparently you had to request it.
