« We very much liked the characterful house and especially the plants and the garden. The owner, Tess, is very trusting to allow strangers like us to stay because there are a lot of personal items throughout the house. It’s great to have walkable access to central Napier and the sea front, and the local coffee shops and corner store. Pity about traffic noise from busy Latham street: this is why we rate the house 4star rather than 5star. »
