« I don’t believe this accommodation justify the cost if you will stay at this property without dinner and breakfast. I was able to reduce the expense for a night to c. $55 by using Expedia credits equal to $30, but if I didn’t have it, I would recommend to stay another one. Far from the center of Matsumoto Nothing was around the property Nothing would be provided to kids, such as amenities, welcoming tea and snacks, basically. « Le personnel était très attentionné. La nourriture était plutôt bonne. Par contre les locaux etaient un peu "dans leur jus" et en particulier nous nous sommes retrouvés dans une chambre japonaise (ce que nous voulions) mais avec de la moquette au lieu de tatamis. A noter le bain qui était très bien. Le parc aux singes juste à côté ne nous a pas plu car beaucoup trop de touristes »

« Loved our stay here! The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and went out of their way to make our stay fabulous. We skied right out the front door, convenient ski lockers in basement every night. Loved the beautiful onsen, with a view out to the mountain and snow, fully appointed with toiletries.
