« Séjour incroyable. Un lieu charmant, un personnel chaleureux, accueillant, attentif. Les repas sont délicieux, pouvoir profiter d'une option végétarienne est vraiment appréciée. Le onsen privatif est magnifique.

Hair on the bed but I used my own bedsheet.
My package stayed with breakfast and dinner. The menu wasnât changed after check-in. The female staff was unhelpful and her statement totally inconsistent with earlier statement. Who said the menu can only change by 6pm, but end up still cannot change the menu next day. This hotel is not worth to stay. We will not come back again and do not recommend to my friends and families. »

« A big thank you to the employees who took care of us! Indeed, they took the time to completely change our evening meal in order to adapt to our dietary restrictions without having to pay extra. Despite the language barrier, because the staff do not speak English very well, our requests have all been treated with the utmost care.
The room was up to the prestige of the hotel with impeccable hygiene!
