« Ryokan’s kaiseki dinner was finely executed and delicious. Ryokan has a “lion “ dance show in evening for guests, a bonus. Room size was smaller than we expected but adequate. Location was okay as apart from some stores around the square, there was nothing else around the area. »

« 近くで主人の仕事があったため、利用させて頂きました。 車で伺ったのですが、駐車してる時から気にかけて頂き、予約名を伝えるとすぐ荷物を持って館内に案内してくださいました。 偶然空きがあったとのことで、部屋のグレードをあげてくださいました。 ちょうど新緑の時期ということもあったので、露天からの景色がとてもよかったです。 従業員さんの数が限られているのか、皆さん忙しく動かれていたのですが、接客は素晴らしかったです。 流石良い旅館だなと思いました。 様々なサービスがあったのですが、主人の仕事の都合上利用できなかったものもあるため、また次伺う際は館内でゆっくり過ごしたいなと思いました。 また利用させていただきます。 »

« What a great time we had at Kanazawa Chaya. My family of 5 stayed here for three nights half-board following our stay in Tokyo. This place is out of the world. I cannot describe how attentive the staff are at this Ryokan hotel. My mother is approaching her 80s and I mentioned to them in email ahead of time that my mother prefers softer food and they delivered. I was worried that the three breakfast and three dinner would be repetitive, but much to my surprise, the Kaiseki meals were so...
