« This little cottage was straight out of a Fairy Story. Stone walls with climbing roses adorning. Furniture and features authentically curated. A welcoming cheese platter and local wine. Comfy bed and a friendly local puppy. We had to unfortunately shorten our stay but hopefully will return. »

« We had a great time exploring Mintaro from our pet friendly miners cottage.Peppertree cottage had a warm cozy bed, clean linen and surrounds with bread, milk, and orange juice left for us along with a nice bottle of Mr Micks Riesling. No gas on arrival, but the bottles are around the back near the BBQ!!Stump and Magpie was very pet accommodating too and the meal at Uppside restaurant in Penwortham was exceptional, and also very pet friendly.So many wineries we missed out on, so we'll be...

« No. Pet friendly but not pet safe. Garden was a complete mess, despite the fact that we booked weeks ago. Bed was comfortable & clean. Bathroom was sort of clean. Kitchen smelt because the range hood was filthy. It was not a good experience. We left at 6:30 because we moved into our new home today. The garden has not been mowed or tended for ages. Overall we would not recomend it. »

« We stayed in the Pay Office cottage and had a wonderful time. The kitchen was generously stocked so we had what we needed to start our days well. The complimentary wine let us finish the day just as well. The location was very convenient for exploring the surrounding wineries. We would definitely stay again. The only thing to be aware of is that there is no wi-fi available and cell phone coverage is spotty. »

« The property is too old & very tired. Needs lots of upgrades. Outside was dirty & unkept, rubbish bins overfilling thru out whole stay. There were mice in side. No coffee, or breakfast foods. . Unusual especially when you fly in late on a Sunday. People usually leave milk, bread, cereal & eggs etc. Two burners didn’t work, hair dryer didn’t work, some lights didn’t work. Was definitely too expensive for what it was. Although we appreciated you changing our bookings as we had to cancel Xmas...

« We had many problems in the cottage, starting with difficulty getting the key out of the black box. Unable to contact owner or maintenance man on either numbers given. Heater not working, control panel very grimy, freezer shelf badly in need of defrosting, outside back light not working, wood stove not working efficiently because of ashes from previous fires, and no pan or tools to clean it out with. Because heater not working, insufficient wood for wood fire. cobwebs in 2nd bedroom. »
