« Sur le site, ça disait qu’il y avait une piscine. Cette information a fait partie des raisons pour laquelle on a choisi cet hôtel. Par contre, on est arrivé là et à l’accueil on nous a informé que la piscine était fermée depuis deux ans. Déception. Aussi peu de choix au déjeuner. Il manquait souvent du pain, des yogourts. « Chambre très calme Le personnel a l’accueil pas souriant. Heureusement les dames du petit déjeuner étaient souriantes et très agréables. Petit déjeuner ok. Les plaques de cuisson ne fonctionnaient pas dans la chambre. »

« There is a small gym. Breakfast was individually wrapped muffins and packets of oatmeal which was less than expected . The room was disappointing and not welcoming. »

« Upon arriving, you can smell smoke and urine walking through the door. The place is old and ran down. The elevators were filthy. Our room had blood splatter on the bathroom door and on the wall. The bathroom hadn’t been cleaned. Just new towels placed inside. There wasn’t any working Wi-Fi The front desk associate was pleasant at night and during the day. If only I could receive a refund, we couldn’t even shower there. We had to go home just to shower. »

« The hotel sits on a park like setting. Lovely garden area and outdoor spaces to sit and enjoy the property. Nice rooms, quiet and rather peaceful. »

« Kemonnie was the lady who checked us in. She was super helpful and kind. Good thing to know is that you have to pay for parking. I was surprised to see the bathroom, it had a sliding door opposed to one that locks and I found hair in the towels. the breakfast was fine, your choice of waffles, eggs (hard boiled and scrambled), bacon, yogurt, fruit, cereal, and pastries. The room did have a microwave and refrigerator that which was great. »

« From 7/4-7/6 the pool WAS not available. And that’s because they allowed locals to have their 4th of July family cookouts there from 1pm til they closed the pools at 10pm. I mean so many people that you couldn’t even enjoy the pool because of all the kids & family members that was invited. When us guest paying close to $200 a night & not able to take a dip comfortably because so many people who weren’t even paid guest on the property. I was able to spend less than an hour on the 5th around 1pm...

« J'ai déjà hébergé dans cet hôtel dans une autre ville et c'est un superbe hôtel. Super propre. Matelas et oreillers super confortable. J'étais satisfaite. Il est vrai qu'il y a des enfants, mais nous sommes une famille et cela nous convient. j'y retournerai sans hésiter. »
