« L’hébergement compte 5 logements. L’emplacement, la zone extérieure, la piscine, les chaises longues, les hamacs, le confort des lits ont rendu ce séjour formidable. Par contre, la propreté des salles de bains et de tous les accessoires de cuisine laissaient grandement à désirer. Nous avons tout lavé avant l’utilisation. « We stayed here (two couples) for three nights in February. The place was wonderful! We were on the second floor. We enjoyed the outdoor dining space that overlooked the numerous trees, native plants and beautiful pool. We were able to see monkeys and various birds each day. « I had such a lovely stay at this cute little studio in Puerto Carrillo. The space was cozy, clean, and had everything I needed for a relaxing getaway. The real highlight was the shared pool—perfect for cooling off after a day at the beach or just lounging with a book. The neighborhood felt safe and peaceful, and it was just a short drive to Playa Carrillo, which is absolutely stunning. If you're looking for a quiet, charming spot to unwind, this is it! »

« The owner promised TWO beds. There was only one. This would have been a great experience for a couple in a relationship. It was terrible for one of us to sleep on a couch that a small dog would be uncomfortable on! The place was nice, yet the broken promise tainted what would have been 100% »

« We enjoyed six nights at this beautiful property. The walk from town is very steep (even our rental SUV struggled when we drove), but the trade off to 'being up high' is beautiful views and a much-needed breeze. The pool and rooftop are great. You get a better view of the sunset from the condo than from the beach.Note that the futons are not very comfortable, but they are fine for an occasional night.AC worked great (and was very needed!)As one of the ground floor units, there is limited privacy...

A fuir …..

"Le service n’est pas du tout en lien avec le luxe du lieu. Absolument pas traité comme un client Gold; alors que la chambre était prête, arrivé à 13h30, on m’a dit qu’il fallait que j’attende l’heure officielle d’enregistrement (15h00). Pas très pro. Je n’avais pas pris l’option sourire (payante), donc pas reçu à l’accueil. J’ai dû rappeler pas moins de 4 fois que j’avais droit à un coupon de $25, vraiment pénible. La chambre choisie avait une vue mer; pas de vue en entrant dans la chambre . Ils l’ont répondu « ce sont les photos qu’on met weir le site mais seulement quelques chambres ont vue mer » Finalement, ils m’ont dégradé de niveau de chambre pour que j’obtienne vue mer. Piscine au personnel très bruyant (conversations bruyantes entre eux, talkie walkie en mode « forte ». Tous les compléments horriblement chers. Bref, on comprend la philosophie de cet établissement pas du tout axé sur le service. À 300 euros la nuit, c’est très en-deçà du niveau requis. Notre pire hôtel sur les 20 nuits passées au Costa Rica."

"Superbe Hôtel très bien entretenu. Service excellent et très très réactif . Un merci particulier pour Roger qui aà fait preuve d’initiative et de réactivité . Grand sens du service. Douche et transats gratuits pour les clients de l’hôtel disponibles sur la superbe plage à 5 minutes "

"Bad service at check-in. Staff was silk - risk to contaminate guests. Not hot water in the room and moisture in the room. Only one buffet with a minimum of product offer as food service. Terrible hotel! Young and Weak staff and no manager to speak avalaible..."
