« Bien que jolie avec une belle terrasse extérieure, cette maison manque d’entretien : porte de placard branlante, 2 lits qui grincent au moindre mouvement empêchant de dormir, un robinet de lavabo déscellé, micro-ondes en panne, porte d’entrée difficile à ouvrir, et interrupteurs difficiles à trouver. Nous avons été aussi un peu déçu de l’accueil froid de la propriétaire, pas franchement à l’écoute et peu prévenante: nous avons certes eu 1h de retard sur l’heure d’arrivée mais personne pour nous...

« Unique experience surrounded by a lush garden. The curtains makes a very nice soft light during the day. Obviously in an open space you can't have AC... The heat can be a bit too much sometimes. Just be aware of that. »

« Five stars for the overall experience, location, and especially the staff, even though the actual accommodation is quite basic. The main listing makes it sound like this is a whole house, but it’s actually two completely separate bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and no connecting door between the two, then the kitchen and seating areas are outside. (This is more obvious in the detailed description if you click through and read the whole thing, but could be clearer in the main description...

« Lovely property that felt very safe and tucked away. We were worried about the heat and no AC when we arrived- but found that the fans upstairs and keeping the shutters open until we went to bed cooled everything down so nicely. The beaches across the street were really fun- but definitely bigger waves to play in, vs a calm water beach (which there is down the road a bit more). We had a blast riding our bikes around town and to different beaches to try out. It was the only way to get around with...
