« The room was perfect and the Host had excellent communication. Our issue was with the noise level after 10pm. There were children stomping around and we could here them talking, along with voices in the hall after midnight. I'm not sure if that evening was noisier than usual but it disturbed our rest. »

« When we first got there we realized there was no desk to get in and we didn’t have a code for the door. We had to call to get a form sent to us to sign so that we could get the code and passkey for the room door. In our room, two of the pillowcases were stained with makeup and unknown substance when we got there. We were told there was no one to change them, but we could go to the linen closet and do it ourselves. The carpet in the hallway was stained in several places as well. The indoor pool...

« The location of the property is ideal, walking distance to everything.
The bldg is clean except the indoor pool was closed and looked dirty. We were disappointed. It was too cold to swim outside. We had a very hard time connecting to the internet even with the person on the phone directing us. We called the CS phone number. She meant well, but she gave us the wrong information. I informed the host, but got no help from him/her.
I dont know if we would stay here again. »

« The room was clean, but the bed was very hard. It was a great location to food, shops, lake nearby. The pool/beach access was great but did not know about the inside pool being closed until got there and the tried to use the game room but some of the machines broken and took my money. Overall good amenities for the price! »
