« The checkin was fast and the person who was there was very friendly. The room with double beds was nice and big enough. Beds were ok. The air conditionning was basic but it was working. There was a refrigarator and microwave in the room. The towels is the room were soft and clean it was nice. We were on the highway side but it was not too noisy for once. « Nous avons réservé cet hôtel car il y avait le petit déjeuner de compris. Hors aucun petit déjeuner n’est servi dans cet établissement ce qui nous a occasionné des frais supplémentaires. Chambre spacieuse propre et confortable par contre le wifi était tellement faible que nous n’avons pas pu nous connecter. Et il n’y avait pas de laverie alors que restant 2 jours nous avions prévu de faire une lessive. Bien placé par rapport aux commerces. »

« L'accueil a été parfait. Le site internet de l'hôtel n'avait pas transféré nos demandes particulieres concernant la chambre, la personne à l'accueil l'a fait en nous surclassant. La chambre etait spacieuse et très confortable. Il y a également une piscine chauffee et une salle de sport. L'ambiance du bar, avec de la musique live etait super sympa. »

« En période d'été, pas facile de trouver des hotels propres et sympa à pas cher dans la zone touristique, Madras est un bon compromis. L'accueil très bien, propreté et confort suffisants. Pas de bruit, ce qui est un luxe. Piscine (pas essayée). Frigo et micro-ondes dans la chambre. »

« What a pleasant surprise. The place is wonderful. We had a full floor and a huge balcony overlooking the local volcanic mountains. We immensely enjoyed staying there. Unfortunately it was only for one night. We will correct this the next time. The swimming pool is remote though, you have to take the car and beware that they have no place where to change. They told you to go to the public restrooms which are disgusting. So change at the hotel. The pool is managed by another facility, not Crooked...
