« we arrived at the property to find another family already there. The owner had double booked, she did offer us another property but it was 1.5 hours away from the slopes! She refunded us but we then had to find a hotel. Very disappointing & not the trip we had planned. She has since removed the property from VRBO I believe. I am disappointed that VRBO did not monitor the booking process more carefully. »

« Chalet was just as nice or even nicer than the pictures. Very clean and well equipped home. We were only there for a weekend but thoroughly enjoyed our time there. We had to adjust our dates a couple of times and the owners were very responsive and kind. »

« We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cabin is full of interesting, quirky art by the host. There is a private rooftop deck. Cathy is a generous host. Surrounded by trees, the views from her deck are wonderful. Easy access to the core of Bend, lava lands, mountains, lakes. We would definitely stay here again. »

« I had a group of 3 friends join me for a Golf Mancation. The accommodations at this property were more than adequate. It was clean and well furnished with all we needed for meals and relaxing after our golf ventures. I would stay here again if it were available. Carpets could use some major cleaning. »

« We stayed for the weekend for a basketball tournament and the house was perfect for us. It was close to where we were playing, nice and close to Redmond. The rooms were great and overall was very cozy. Kitchen had everything we need. We stayed here last year when we had a tournament and would stay here again. »

« We had a terrific stay at the chalet. The kitchen was well supplied with dishes, utensils and cooking pans. The weather was nice. The upstairs bedroom was warm the first couple of night and the nest wasn’t working because of the internet being down due to a fire on highway 97. It was back up the second day. »

« We enjoyed our stay. Only thing is when I asked if the access to the golf courses are free meaning no green fee, the person I talked to said it is free. Turns out it is not and like all golf courses we have to schedule tee time. To make the most out of it my family just used the putting green. Also the TV in the main bedroom does not have sounds. »

« Townhouse is very nice, location is great, has a pretty view of golf course. Furniture is very worn and stained, but comfy. One of the stove burners didn't work. TV in downstairs bedroom turned on & off but couldn't get any channels or streaming to work (3 of us, semi-tech savvy.) Hot tub was clean, but way too hot and couldn't get water to cool down. We would choose a different chalet next time. »
