« We rented through VRBO and we had no address or unit number or any instructions on how to check in and didn't even know that we should have had the VRBO app. So we got directed to somewhere 30 minutes away trying to find the directions through the website where we made the reservation. The place itself was very nice the staff was nice the online process was a little bumpy and we checked in an hour later than we expected to because we couldn't even find out where we were supposed to be »

« This little place was right near the Deschutes River and we loved our hike along it! The kitchen had everything we needed to heat up the frozen foods we had brought. We loved the porch to eat upon. The beds were comfortable. Unfortunately, pruning of the trees was going on with a wood-chipper and a pathway was being jackhammered and that was loud. « Great location! As other reviews mentioned noise from neighbors is for real. We had a pet friendly place but we have a non shedding small dog. We found a lot of different dog hair throughout our stay but maybe thats normal for pet friendly places. We parked outside our window and left our locked bikes on our truck because there are outside cameras and a closing gate. They dont close the gate and cameras don’t work/record. Our very expensive bikes were stolen. Property management didn’t get back...
