Light street noise may be heard, but it’s minimal and never disruptive to enjoying the yard.

The entire home is designed to be handicap accessible (with the exception of one step down into the game room). Pets are welcome, and the home is fully stocked with supplies to make their stay just as comfortable as yours.

Per City of Redding ordinance, we are required to collect license plate numbers for all vehicles. A Google Form will be sent at the time of reservation to gather this information. Parking at Hawaiian Coffee Hale is limited to 1 car per bedroom (3 total) and must be off-street.

OCCUPANCY

Per City of Redding ordinance, the maximum occupancy is 2 adults per bedroom overnight, with a total cap of 16 adults on the property at any time. There is no cap on children.
All guests, including children, must be accounted for in your reservation.

PET POLICY

We absolutely LOVE animals and Hawaiian Coffee Hale was designed with pets in mind, including a large dog run! For guests booking with pets or traveling with service animals, please note:

Damage & Messes: Pet owners must clean up all pet-related messes (food, hair, waste). Lint rollers and waste bags are provided at the home

Damage Reporting: Any damages must be reported immediately so we can address them together. We understand that accidents happen and just want to help!

Unapproved Pets: Unapproved pets incur a $75/night fee, added upon checkout or when reported by our cleaners

SMOKING/VAPING

This property is a smoke-free home. Smoking is NOT allowed inside under any circumstances.

Outdoor Smoking Rule: Smoking is prohibited within 25 feet of any door to the home or neighboring properties

Outdoor Evidence of Smoking: Any evidence of smoking outside (cigarette butts, joints, pipes, vapes, etc.) will be promptly disposed of and will result in a $75 fine. This includes remnants left in fire pits or other unapproved areas

Indoor Smoking Penalty: If smoking is detected inside, a minimum fine of $250 will be applied, plus reimbursement for any revenue lost from blocked nights required for smoke removal

Smoke/Vape Detection: Some of our properties are equipped with smoke and vape detection sensors integrated into the noise monitoring system. These devices alert us to potential violations, ensuring our smoke-free policy is upheld

Enforcement Process: Our cleaners report any signs of smoking immediately, followed by a secondary inspection to confirm and document the issue. The incident is then reported to the booking platform without delay
