« We spent a night here while travelling for work and were surprised by the large size and beauty of the house. The location is less than a block off the main street and we had no issues parking. Check in was a little confusing, but worked by the time I got to the property. I d oh don’t have a code to send to others arriving earlier until I actually showed up at the house and did not receive an email response from the hospitality company that had been emailing me about my stay. »

« It was a great stay! Location was perfect and the house was very cozy. The hot tub was my favorite amenity after a long day of snowboarding. We had issues with the main tv which was locked out with parental controls so that was unfortunate as we wanted to unwind in the evening. Besides that I had a great stay. »

« Well stocked and especially appreciated the full supply of paper products, zip bags, detergent.Carpet has seen better days and area rug really needs a good cleaning. Dark flooring looked clean at first but when wiping up a water spill the first day, it clearly had not been cleaned.Towels and sheets were very clean as were bathrooms. »

« Easy access to Keystone River Run and Arapahoe Basin. Plenty of parking. Accommodations as described. Pet friendly. All good. »

« Old, quirky, creaky and pet friendly. We (3 adults and 1 medium sized dog) had a comfortable stay that provided for a very nice weekend in Leadville. The kitchen was a little sparse but we were able to made do with no problems. We had a slight issue with the hot water heater but the host was very responsive and got that taken care of quickly which was greatly appreciated. Good location and easy access to everything local. Overall the place was not quite as clean as we would have liked...

« The furnace and the gas fireplace both malfunctioned while we were there. The tub drain plug didn’t work. Floors were not very clean. The owner was very easy to work with which made it easier to get the heat to work. Did have 3 bedrooms as advertised which was nice. Was spacious and had a large dining table which we used to play cards at. Overall a good experience. »
