Holiday home with pool, gym and beach access

Welcome to Thailand Dream Village 4 – a car-free and family-friendly area with Swedish standards, located near Suan Son Beach and the town of Ban Phe. Stay in a fully equipped house with patio, fiber, AC, Chromecast and access to pool, gym and restaurant. Only 2 hours from Bangkok airport, this is a convenient and comfortable holiday option for families with children, seniors or couples. There is also Swedish childcare with pick-up directly from the area. Everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable stay in Thailand!

The house has three large bedrooms, a living room with an adjoining kitchen, two bathroom with shower and a generous patio of 10–28 m². All rooms have air conditioning, and the patio is equipped with a ceiling fan for extra comfort. Mosquito screens are installed at the exterior doors to increase comfort.

The kitchens are fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and water heater - for those who wish to cook at home. All houses have fiber connection, Wi-Fi and chromecast, as well as a Smart TV in the living room. The furniture is both functional and pleasant, with comfortable beds (double beds/single beds that can be combined) and sofa groups both indoors and outdoors.

- The pool is about 20 meters from the house - quiet and well-maintained.

- The staff is available 24 hours a day and there is a reception in the area.

Additional fees – payable to the area’s maintenance company TDVM

The fees are payable either upon check-out or monthly for longer stays (all amounts are stated in approximately SEK, when payment is made in Baht).

Service fee – approx. 500 SEK
This fee covers, among other things:

Preparation of the house for arrival

Reception services and key collection

Reporting to the immigration authority

Access to the pool and common areas

Electricity and water reading

Final cleaning upon departure

Cleaning for longer stays
For bookings over 17 days, mandatory cleaning is included every two weeks, costing approx. 200 SEK per time.

For stays over 6 weeks, cleaning every three weeks is sufficient.

In between these occasions, you can either book extra cleaning or simply clean yourself – cleaning supplies are provided in the house.

Bed linen and towels
You can choose to bring your own bed linen and towels, or use the house's and wash them yourself (at least once a week).

If you would like to use the maintenance company's laundry service instead, it costs:

approx. 100 SEK/person for a single bed

approx. 75 SEK/person for a double bed

Electricity and water
Electricity and water consumption costs an average of approx. 300–400 SEK per week, depending on usage.

- Smoking not allowed indoors.

- No pets without special approval.

- Quiet environment after 10:00 PM – consideration for other guests.

- Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.

- Please respect common areas such as the pool and gym.
