Nestled on a private road at the end of a peninsula, come and watch the stunning sunsets over Sebago Lake. With 3 bedrooms including 2 king beds, 3 sofa beds, and bunkroom with 2 bunk beds, this property offers plenty of space for guests to relax.

One of the best features of this property, is it is near Frye Island, but still on the main land. No dealing with Ferry schedules, just drive as needed. We love being able to come and go. If we want to shoot over to the island, great ... if we want to shoot into town, we can get there with a quick drive, just hop in the car. But most times we never leave as it is so peaceful being at the end of a peninsula.

For the rainy days and nights, enjoy two TV's, free WiFi, heating, and Air Conditioning. The 2 bathrooms ensure convenience for all visitors. Our place will help you feel at home while you're on vacation!

There is a sandy beach on the property with 2 kayaks and a paddle board. There is a large firepit to roast marshmallows or just enjoy the summer nights. Additionally, we have a large U shaped Dock as shown in the photos. Plenty of fish for the kids to catch and great swimming. For an additional fee you can bring your own boat (please message about that first).

There is also a separate private association beach that you can use if you'd like. It is a short 5 minute walk.
