« Due to the winter storm that hit the area, we did not actually get to stay at the cabin. Justin, the host, reached out prior to the storm to express his concerns about possible power outages and road conditions. He was very understanding and helpful in canceling our reservation and refunding our money. Our safety was his first concern and not just making money. Although we did not get to stay that weekend, i will definitely be booking the cabin again in the future. »
