This stunning 1100sqm (14,500 sq ft) accommodation is located in a quiet gated villa community of 50 villas, surrounded by lush greenery and the refreshing rainforest. Featuring 24hr security, resort staff, concierge, and gated community, this space offers high-level privacy in a serene tranquil environment.

All 4 luxury bedrooms feature comfortable King-sized beds, and the bathrooms each have luxurious showers, soft towels, and basic toiletries.

Each room also has super-fast high-speed WiFi and living room has 55inchs ultra HD Televisions with Netflix & YouTube available. There are 4 office spaces - 2 inside & 2 outside - perfect for business or corporate travels looking to both work and travel. Housekeeping is available every 3 days and the home features along with high-quality linens, unlimited clean water, and cooking gas. ★ELECTRICITY★
In Thailand, electricity is a very expensive and precious commodity. 95% of Phuket villas charge an electricity fee separate from the rental price, including our villa. This is due to the variety of travelers we welcome to the area. Some visitors spend a little time in the home, preferring to explore the outdoors and beaches & consuming very little electricity at home, while others prefer to spend their entire vacation in the home enjoying our amenities and consuming a larger amount of electricity. Without the differentiation in price for electricity, we would be forced to increase the rate of the rental for all guests. In an effort to be fair, we have decided to separate this fee and charge guests according to their usage.

An electric meter reading will be taken at check-in and again at check-out to determine your usage. You will be charged at the government rate (no additional fees from the host) at the rate of 6thb per kW/h, which usually equates to a daily rate of 300thb to 600thb (9usd to 18usd)depending on AC usage. Please turn off the AC when you are not home. Charges can be paid in local currency upon departure. Thank you in advance for your understanding!

Upon arrival, please prepare 1,000 THB per day, for pre-paid electricity. All currencies are acceptable. (Ex: If you stay 3 days, please prepare 3 x 1,000 THB or equivalent currency). This will be used as a deposit. The electric meter will be checked together upon again at check-out. You will be charged at the government rate (no additional fees from the host) at the rate of 6thb per kW/h, which usually equates to a daily rate of 300thb to 600thb depending on AC usage. Upon check-out, any difference over the deposit must be paid by the guests, and any difference under the deposit will be refunded by the host. Please turn off the AC when you are not home.
Guest access
Upon arrival, guests will be met by the host and provided with keys. The villa is exclusively yours for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home. Free parking is available. 2 cars can park in the garage and 2 cars can park in front of the house. Other things to note

This peaceful home is located in a gated community with 24/7 security with 50 other quiet villas. Please respect the neighbors and monitor your noise levels at all times. Quiet Hours are in place from 11:30pm - 8:00am. No smoking inside the rooms. Please do not rearrange the furniture and no food or drink is allowed in the bedrooms.
