Chalets à Ravensbourne

« Very clean. Quiet set back from road and backing onto bush land. »

« Ordered a disability room, but on arrival they did not know about it, was extremely annoyed when we were told all rooms are wheelchair accessible. Problem was the bathroom and toilet are not in the room allocated. »

« Great and welcoming staff, clean and comfortable room, fittings as expected for an over 100 year old pub. Strange there was no breakfast options available, noisy refrigeration units on top of cold room near our room meant sleeping with ear plugs in, a sink in the bathroom would be good, otherwise a most enjoyable stay. »

« The bathroom door was a sliding door. Gave no privacy at all. Facilities were clean. Bed was ok. Hard to get water into the kettle.. lifs seemed to be glued shut. »

« I liked that the doors in your room opened up to the verandah to let the fresh air in and to walk out and sit for a drink. »

« The room was very tidy and clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful with the local things to do and see breakfast was great everything you need to start your day, while the hotel is under going some renovations we found the staff and locals very welcoming and friendly had a great time over our 3 days and all the meals were fantastic no matter what you ordered a great cook well worth a visit even if its just for lunch or dinner. »
