Ravello’s main square, Piazza Duomo, is only a short distance away, as are local bars, restaurants and public transport connections. Some of the town’s best-known landmarks and attractions, including Villa Rufolo, Villa Cimbrone, Villa Eva and the Belvedere Principessa di Piemonte, are also within easy reach.

Thanks to Ravello’s position in the heart of the Amalfi Coast, the property is also a convenient base for exploring the surrounding area. Amalfi, Positano, Capri, Sorrento and Pompeii can all be considered for day trips. Public transport connects Ravello with Amalfi, from where ferry services provide connections by sea to destinations including Positano, Sorrento and Capri.

Despite its central location, the accommodation is surrounded by a large garden, creating a relaxing setting away from the busier streets of the town centre. The property consists of two adjacent and independent villas set within approximately 500 square metres of private garden. Each villa has its own separate entrance, providing guests with privacy and independence. The property offers private parking reserved for guests, Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating throughout. It has also been designed without architectural barriers to facilitate access for guests with reduced mobility.

The outdoor areas are one of the property’s main features. The villas are surrounded by a carefully maintained Mediterranean garden with lemon trees, palms and mature trees. Covered patios furnished with outdoor furniture overlook the garden and provide comfortable spaces for relaxing, dining outdoors or simply enjoying the peaceful surroundings. There are also areas of the garden suitable for sunbathing and enjoying the views.

The larger villa can accommodate up to five guests. It features two double bedrooms with 160 × 200 cm beds, a living room with a 120 × 200 cm sofa bed (on request and on payment), two bathrooms with showers and a spacious kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a gas hob, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator and freezer, together with the necessary equipment for preparing meals. One of the bathrooms also includes a washing machine.

Additional amenities include bed linen and towels, a hairdryer, ironing facilities, a smart monitor connected to the internet with access to cable channels, and a piano.
