This ancient wonderful Villa built in the 19th century straight up the sea of the Amalfi Coast, below the town of Ravello is the right place for an unforgettable vacation. Its amazing terraced gardens slope down towards the ocean. Set in a magic place of natural beauty, the Villa has its own private access to the sea, in the heart of the Amalfi Coast. The Villa, with its 8 breathtaking sea view  bedrooms sleeping till 16 persons,  has just been renovated with all comforts, maintaining the architectural features of the building intact and preserving the special character of historical homes with rich antique and elegant furnishings and majolica tiled floors. Its four stories are connected by an ancient stairway with artistic inlaid wood handrails and arched windows overlooking the beautiful sea.
At the Villa’s entrance, near the parking area, located on the street level of the Amalfi main Costal Road, you can find the reception -with info and internet point- and the living room with fireplace, ancient library and TV flat LCD 40” and a courtesy bathroom. On the garden floor, there are the inside dining room, with TV flat LCD 40” and own little wine cellar that is excavated into the rock, and the full equipped kitchen with laundry corner. Both rooms are overlooking a covered and panoramic loggia of about 60 sqm, the ideal area to have al fresco breakfast, lunch and romantic candle lights dinner with a breathtaking views of the sea and the coast. Another two little equipped kitchens are on the roof garden and into the natural cave near the sea, both have a barbeque area.
All 8 rooms (two of these convertible in twin beds on request)  have a breathtaking view just upon the sea with balconies and/or windows, comfortable sitting corner, ensuite bathroom with glass mosaic, comfortable hydro shower and/or Jacuzzi and hairdryer, heating, air conditioning, TV flat LCD with satellite, internet point, minibar and safe. They all have been elegantly decorated with antique furnishings, precious textile fabrics, hardwood floor and majolica tiled hand made floors.
Arrival by sea is also possible because there is a private sea access, up a flight of 130 steps throughout the gardens.
This property, on demand, is also available with full staff (gardener, cook and cleaning staff), so it’s possible to have a continental breakfast each morning and one meal a day (brunch, lunch or dinner, like guests prefer). The property has a wine cellar into the rock (wines can be purchased here and paid for locally) and there is also a vegetable garden which supplies the kitchen. Concierge service and Spa manager (for wellness and beauty treatments) are also available on demand.
With its unique atmosphere, this Villa is a beautiful setting for Special Events, such as work meetings, family reunions, private parties and wedding celebrations. These Events can only be combined with the weekly rental of the Villa (Saturday-Saturday).
Thanks to the exclusive weekly reservation, the Villa will be at your complete disposal. That includes all the equipped outdoor areas, gardens and terraces, all the bedrooms for the Guests’ stay, as well asthe complete organisation and the best advices to make your Special day unforgettable.
With regards to the catering of Special Events we provide professional Catering Staff. We can cater for up to 40 Guests seated under the covered panoramic loggia.
In addition to wedding receptions, private wedding symbolic ceremonies can be performed at the Villa. They can be arranged in the most amazing settings under our arched lemon grove. Civil ceremonies can be held in the Town Hall of Atrani, Amalfi and Ravello (800 meters, 1,5 km and 5 km far from the Villa respectively). Catholic wedding services can be performed in the nearby beautiful Church Collegiata Santa Maria Maddalena in Atrani.
