Traditional Istrian house with a nice garden, pool and sea view

The holiday home offers you the comfort on 90 m² of living space and at the same time preserves traditional spirit. The kitchen, located on the ground floor, is fully equipped with an oven, gas hob, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher, mini oven and kettle and is open to the living room. In the living room you will find a dining table and a seating area with an open fireplace and satellite TV. One bathroom is on the ground floor, the other on the upper floor of the house. One of the bathrooms is equipped with a shower, the other with a bathtub. The three bedrooms with double beds (160 x 200 cm) are also on the upper floor of the house. One of the rooms is equipped with air conditioning. However, the thick walls of the house (80 cm) ensure that all rooms stay cool even on the hottest summer days.
In front of the house there is a 28 m² covered terrace with a grill, which is protected from the outside by a high wall and thus guarantees privacy. The property is completely fenced so that your pet can run around freely. Relax in the large garden with olive and fig trees, oleanders, palm trees, wine, roses and other Mediterranean plants and herbs. You can park your vehicles in three parking spaces. Outside there is a 30 m² large and 1.5 meter deep swimming pool with overflow. From the pool area you have a great view of the sea.
