Escape to your own private oasis in this newly renovated, peaceful, clean 3 bedroom home on 200 ft of Rapid River!

Perfect layout for a family and another couple! High speed fiber optic internet!
With plenty of sunshine and shade trees you can kick back with a book while enjoying your favorite beverage on the private waterside deck, dangle your feet in the river from the private bridge, catch a glimpse of a bald eagle or throw a line in to catch a trout or two.

The space
This homes layout allows privacy for a family and another couple!
Water side entrance has a living room with a cozy bedroom and a half bath.
Back yard side entrance has a family room with a wood stove and 2 bedrooms. Between the living and family room is a fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, and a three quarter bathroom with a shower.
Note: This section of Rapid River isn’t meant for kayaking or boating. River runs fast and all usage is at your own risk.

OUTDOOR SPACE:
Enjoy 200' of Rapid River, waterside deck and bridge. Kick back and take a nap on an oversized couch or eat dinner at the outdoor dining table. Listen to the river while roasting a marshmallow at the fire-pit with large Adirondack chairs. We’ve got you covered with firewood too!
Mess around in one of many yard areas, tossing a frisbee, bouncing a basketball and playing tag!
Included is a 2 car detached garage. There is plenty of parking for several cars, boats/jet skis/snowmobile trailers.

INDOOR SPACE:
Large living room: Roku T.V., hardwood floors, couch and loveseat, breakfast/game table, beverage buffet, ceiling fans, AC/heat.

Family room:
Roku T. V., hardwood floors, loveseat, chair, ceiling fan, slider to backyard, wood stove, heat, & AC.

3 bedrooms: All linens provided.
Bedroom 1: (Bright, River side & off of living room) queen bed with attached half bath, closet, dresser, blinds, sitting area & A/C.

Bedroom 2: (Bright, back of house & off of family room) Queen Bed with double closet, dresser, blinds, A/C & Roku T. V.
Bedroom 3: (Bright, back of house & off of family room)
Queen bed with single closet, shelving for clothing, blinds, & A/C.

Bathrooms: Fully stocked with bath/hand towels, wash cloths, & toilet paper.

Half Bath: Toilet and sink in bedroom off of living room
Three Quarter Bath: Toilet, sink, shower, shampoo/conditioner right off of kitchen.

KITCHEN:
Stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, 10 cup drip/pod coffee maker, toaster, cooking basics & spices, dishware/flatware, pots/pans, baking sheets, crock pot, electric fry pan, blender and more, heat/AC. NOTE: No dishwasher

GENERAL: new furnace installed in March. Central air conditioning/heating in entire home, wood stove in family room, linens/bath towels, iron/board, complimentary toiletries, hair dryer, hangers, trash bags/paper towels.

PARKING: 2 car detached garage, driveway with plenty of parking, boat/snowmobile trailer parking allowed.
Additional 22X48 pole building with a wood stove is available for an additional charge. NOTE: camping in an RV on the property is allowed with prior authorization and additional fees.
This river frontage is perfect to explore what Northern Michigan has to give us! Centrally located to many smaller towns with all the staples! Check out my guidebook for additional places of interest.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire property via lockbox entry w/keys.

This is not a child proof home. Each guest is responsible to ensure the safety of their children in the home and the outdoor areas for the duration of their stay.

The renter must be 25 years of age or older or with permission and is responsible for all minors under 25 years of age.

Camping in an RV on the property is permitted w/o prior authorization. Fees do apply.

A/C and heat: please keep windows and doors closed if A/C or heat is turned on. Turn down thermostat to 65 degrees upon departure and turn off A/C.

Smoking: No smoking inside or on decks. Please use the parking area and dispose of butts properly.

Remove shoes/boots upon entering home.

Please take out the trash from all rooms before checking out.

Leave all towels in shower.
