Welcome to Josh and Christie's cozy house. Built in 1929, this updated house still holds its vintage charm. This was our first house together and holds many memories for us - we hope it can be a home away from home as you explore SD.

The space
Our little home is so cozy. Our apartment is perfect for your stay. With free wifi, AppleTV, and a central location, itâs a great place to call home while youâre in the Black Hills. Get out and explore, relax and watch some TV, or enjoy grilling and laying on the hammock in the back yard. You can also easily walk downtown and explore Rapid City.

Guest access
Access to the house is the alley in the rear. Parking is limited but you have your own space. Head out to the front of the house to follow the sidewalk and walk downtown.
Other things to note
Parking is free and available but limited to 1 space (possible 2 on special request).
We use an August Lock for check-in. Once a booking is confirmed, it will auto-generate an email to you with check-in instructions so please look for that right away as some people miss it.
We rent out the basement as a separate unit as well, but you have your own private space. Only Laundry and the backyard are shared.
