Villa Toretti, in the heart of Rapallo, is the ideal choice for a seaside holiday with family or friends. Spacious, comfortable, and with a large outdoor area, it offers a private courtyard with parking and an outdoor dining area. Perfect for hosting up to 5 people, it allows you to enjoy the sea, the historic center, and explore the wonders of the surroundings, such as Portofino and Santa Margherita Ligure.

🏡 The house is spread over two levels. On the ground floor, you will find a cozy living area, a bright dining area, a fully equipped open kitchen, and a convenient service bathroom 🚻. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms: one double, one with a French bed, and one single, as well as a full bathroom with a practical shower 🚿. Guests have access to an outdoor parking space 🚗 within the property.

Access to the apartment is via Self Check-In, so you can arrive freely without constraints.

• Bed linen and towels provided based on the number of guests and beds booked.
• Basic kitchen kit: tea towel, detergent, sponge, garbage bag.
• Bathroom courtesy set: soap, shampoo, shower gel, and 3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom.
⚠️ FOR HYGIENE REASONS, there are no food items in the house (e.g., sugar, salt, oil, pepper, or coffee).
👶 TRAVELING WITH SMALL CHILDREN?
• We offer a crib and high chair on request for children aged 0 to 2 years.
• The service costs €30 for the entire stay, including sheets.
🐾 PETS WELCOME!
• We are happy to welcome your four-legged friends, upon request and confirmation.
• Additional cost: €30 per stay.
• In case of any damage to furniture or fabrics, charges will apply.
🧾 TOURIST TAX
• €2.50 per person per day, up to a maximum of 10 days.
• Children under 15 years are exempt.
• The tax is not included in the booking price.
♻️ WASTE SEPARATION
• We kindly ask you to respect the waste separation rules.
• At check-out, the apartment must be free of waste.
• Otherwise, a €30 penalty will be applied.
❄️🔥 DURING THE WINTER PERIOD (01/11 – 31/03), for stays longer than 30 days, a small extra charge is applied for electricity and heating consumption.
