Niboban Cabin #10 - Birchwood is a beautifully crafted new construction cabin nestled on the scenic shores of Rangeley Lake in Maine. This cozy vacation rental offers guests shared access to the property's exceptional waterfront amenities, including a sandy beach area, multiple docks, and serene walking trails that wind through the picturesque surroundings. Perfect for those seeking relaxation or outdoor adventure, Birchwood Cabin combines modern comfort with the natural beauty of Rangeley Lake.

This cabin is located at historical Niboban. The original Niboban Camp was built sometime prior to 1915 and was at one time used as a farm. In the 1920s, it was once a girls camp. In the early 2000s, the original buildings at Niboban were torn down and new cabins and a lodge were built. There is a shared swimming cove and a swim float, with one of the few sandy beaches on Rangeley Lake. Docks on the property can accommodate boats up to 20' for daytime docking only. Please note, overnight docking is only allowed using the privately owned moorings.

Rangeley Village and downtown Oquossoc are just 7 miles away in opposite directions. Cross country skiing and mountain bike trails are available nearby at the Rangeley Lakes Trails Center. There are public tennis courts in both downtown Rangeley and downtown Oquossoc. Located close to Saddleback Mountain for skiing, boarding, hiking, and mountain biking!

Sleeping Arrangements: First Queen Bedroom, Second Bedroom with One Twin and One Twin over Double bunk set, Third Queen Bedroom. Sleeps 8 guests!

Additional Sleeping Arrangements: Bonus room in basement with a 43” tv and pull-out sofa bed!

Location: On the southern shore of Rangeley Lake near South Cove. 7.1 miles to downtown Rangeley, 7.5 miles to downtown Oquossoc, and 13.3 miles to Saddleback.

FAQs: This property includes a gas grill available mid-May through mid-October. This property has AC. This property includes access to the shared amenities for all Niboban Cabins, including a beach waterfront, docks for swimming, fire pits, a swim float, and the main clubhouse. Please note: Niboban #10 has a private mooring, and boats may not be left on the docks overnight. You are welcome to use the docks for loading and unloading.
