We stayed in the Park View Hotel (there are two hotels; Park view (views the kid play ground, no view of the lake unless you walk out side) and Beach front Hotel which 3 of these units face the beach, touching the sand where the other 3 units are behind and no view of lake unless you walk outside. « Not one thing it was the worst experience and stay I have ever had. I kid you not my granddaughter when we first drive up sees a little jungle gym. She begs me to go over I said sure before we even get into the hotel. There are bugs everywhere. Then there are two portable fire pits. It looks like someone had tried to burn a cover of a sofa. « We had no heat so it was hard to warm up to sleep with 60 degrees. The shower dispensers were empty, and we had no TV service. I was unable to get WiFi. I didn't see any checkin instructions. Checkin was online. I had to text manager to find out what to do for checkin. »
