** RANCHO MIRAGE City’s MINIMUM NIGHT Requirements. ** Please note properties without a City-issued Short-Term Rental License are restricted to rentals with a minimum stay of 30 consecutive nights.



*** MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT *** The person renting the property MUST be 25 years old per the City of RANCHO MIRAGE.



*** CITY REQUIREMENTS for RENTAL CONTRACTS: ***

In compliance with City of Rancho Mirage regulations, the primary renter must provide a copy of a government-issued ID, submit the license plate numbers for all vehicles parked at the property, and sign a required rental agreement prior to check-in. *Verification and contracts are submitted through an alternate page called SuiteOp after confirmation of reservation**



*** SECURITY DEPOSIT *** THE SECURITY DEPOSIT HOLD IS $2499 for reservations exceeding 30-days AND WILL BE PROCESSED 5 DAYS PRIOR TO CHECK-IN/ARRIVAL AND RETURNED 7 DAYS FROM THE DAY OF CHECK-OUT TO ALLOW POST INSPECTION OF PROPERTY FOR CLEARANCE OF CONDITIONS (Does not apply to Airbnb reservations.)***

***CANCELLATION POLICY:** Payment and cancellation terms depend on who collects your accommodation payment. APEK does not add a card-processing cancellation deduction to accommodation payments collected by Airbnb, Booking.com, or another booking channel; your booking channel's confirmed cancellation policy applies. For direct bookings and current Vrbo reservations where APEK collects the accommodation payment, the existing 5% service charge on refunds for non-refundable credit card processing fees continues to apply. *** ADDITIONAL CLEANING REQUIREMENTS for mid-term or extended stays: *** To maintain the exceptional condition of the home, reservations of 45 consecutive nights or longer require a mandatory mid-stay cleaning at $150.00 per service (linen laundering not included), in addition to the departure cleaning fee. If a mid-term reservation is extended and becomes subject to this requirement, the applicable cleaning fee(s) will be added accordingly and reflected on the guest's final post-checkout invoice.

*** PET FEE: *** A non-refundable pet fee of $75 per pet is required for all stays with pets to cover additional deep cleaning. (1 Small Dog allowed, no cats).



*** OPTIONAL POOL / SPA HEATING: *** Optional pool heating is available for a fee of $99 per night and must be reserved for a minimum of 2 consecutive nights. Please provide at least 48 hours' notice before your arrival to ensure the pool is heated for your stay.



*** OUTDOOR MUSIC IS PROHIBITED PER PALM SPRINGS ORDINANCE. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People's noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 8:00 am to 10:00 pm. ANY FINES RELATED TO CITY ORDINANCE VIOLATIONS WILL BE PAID BY THE GUEST.



**MAIL & PACKAGE DELIVERIES ***

Guests are welcome to have mail or packages delivered to the property during their stay; however, deliveries are made at the guest’s own risk. The host/owner is not responsible for any lost, delayed, or undelivered mail or packages.

Please note that the property’s mailing address is typically forwarded to an offsite location, which may cause delays or affect deliveries. Because of this, we highly recommend guests either hold their mail at the nearest post office or rent an Amazon Locker for a more secure and reliable option.

While we will do our best to assist if an issue arises, our ability to help retrieve missing items is limited and cannot be guaranteed.



*** FOR FAMILIES:** A highchair and a Pack ‘n Play are available upon request at no extra charge.
