3) Third bedroom is downstairs with Queen bed, large mirrored wardrobe, smartTV, desk alcove, & en-suite bathroom with shower/bath. The guest ½ bathroom is near the third bedroom.

Ground Level Patio:
Enjoy fairway & mountain views from the spacious back patio, with a retractable rolling solar shade, BBQ, private spa, dining table, and lounge chairs.

Laundry:
There is a Bosch laundry machine and dryer set, iron and ironing board, plus bed and bath linens available for use (in laundry room on ground floor).
