The holiday rental is exclusively yours, without interruption during your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home.

As you pass through the front gate, you’re greeted by a beautiful private garden with a seating area—perfect for enjoying breakfast or a cup of tea before heading out, or for unwinding after a day exploring Thanet.

Enter via the charming stable door into a fully equipped kitchen featuring a dishwasher, coffee machine, and an American‑style fridge freezer. The kitchen also serves as the dining area, with a glass table seating up to four guests.

Before reaching the basement level, there is a cloakroom with a toilet and washing machine. On the basement floor, you’ll find a stylish and comfortable living room with two cosy velour sofas and a large smart TV with catch‑up services, including Netflix (guests are required to log in using their own account).

On the first floor, there is a spacious bedroom with a comfortable king‑size bed, generous storage and hanging space, and an ensuite shower room.

The second floor features a bright and airy bedroom with another king‑size bed, ample storage, and an ensuite bathroom complete with a unique glass ceiling—ideal for a relaxing bath under the stars.

Although we love welcoming families, please note that this house is arranged over four floors with steep, winding stairs and no handrails, which may not be suitable for young children or guests with limited mobility.

Travelling by road: The M20 and M2 motorways provide easy links from London into Thanet.

Ramsgate train station is approx 25 minutes by foot and is regularly served by Southeastern High Speed services travelling to/from London St Pancras as well trains from London Victoria. The train from London St Pancras takes 90 minutes and a little longer from Victoria, and it’s just 50 minutes from Ashford International station

National Express runs a national network of coach services. Coaches run from London Victoria to various stops in Thanet and take approximately 2 hours.

Frequent bus services: the Thanet Loop serves Margate, Cliftonville, Broadstairs, Ramsgate and Westwood Cross.

The Eurotunnel train at Calais will transport you to Folkestone in just 35 minutes. From there it is approximately a 1 hour drive to Thanet on the A20 and A256, follow the signs to Ramsgate.
