🏊🛁♨️ - There is an additional pool fee ($200) / spa ($50) heating, charged per day. Please be advised that the heat pumps have built-in timers or thermostats that turn off the heater when the desired temperature is reached or if not in use to prevent damage or safety hazards. Let us know if you need it on again.



🙋🏻‍♂️🙋🏻‍♀️ - There is an additional guest fee of $25 per guest, per night after the 7th guest.



🐶🐱 - Your fur babies are very much welcome! Pet fee is $125 per reservation, covering up to two pets. This fee does not include the removal of excessive pet hair from furniture or poop clean-up. Please remember to add your pet to the number of guests, and the fee will be automatically applied.

🔑 Guests enjoy the entire space privately, ensuring a comfortable and secluded stay.



🏠 Hosts live in San Diego and are always available if needed. However, with our self-check-in guide and the house maintained in excellent condition, a visit from us is typically unnecessary.
