« Excellent small property, perfect escape right off of Pentz road, great access to Oroville and Chico. It was the perfect break for me. The neighbors were very nice. The bed was almost too comfortable, no complaints just appreciation. »

« The air conditioner did its job fine though nothing special about it overall. »

« 'Good budget choice here considering mattress quality paired nicely alongside basic features like microwave making it worth staying around Oroville.' »

« :) great place to get away and relax. »

« Great place very friendly host »

« Although we checked in late, it took under two minutes at reception. Our room had both fridge and microwave which kept drinks cold overnight nicely. The shower bench was useful after hiking local trails nearby. »

« Arrived after midnight, the room was ready and quiet which helped me rest well. I enjoyed a soothing bath after driving for hours. The pool area also looked inviting. Heating worked fine as it cooled off at night. »

« Easy check-in and cozy rooms kept things straightforward. »

« Our stay was quiet and peaceful, on a beautiful orchard. Very cozy cottage, clean and fresh with all of the necessities stocked. Our hosts were friendly and welcoming, and were open to assisting us if needed. Enjoyed sitting out back, listening to the birds and watching little lizards running around! Very comfortable stay! »

« This a a cute and cozy place in a good location. Simple, no frills. No TV and a quiet neighborhood makes for a peaceful stay. I don’t recall that the bed size is on the listing. It’s a queen. The small bathroom and shower were fine for us but would not be a good fit if you’re a big person.Easy parking right by the entry. I rated check-in 4 stars because the check-in instructions came a little later than ideal so it took me awhile to find my way. Once I had the info the check-in was smooth....

« We found the queen bed suitable for two people. The fridge also came in handy for keeping snacks cool. »

« Road trip stop went smoothly with an open terrace where we could chat outside. Inside had everything needed without feeling cluttered or tight for four adults. »

« Close proximity to the campus & downtown. Clean. Cute neighborhood. »

« The property was clean, nicely decorated with beautiful dish sets and unexpected extras such as an iron, hair straightener, blow dryer, ice ready to use in the freezer and plenty of towels. »

« A very convenient spot for folks visiting or doing business in Paradise. »

« Cabin was not ready when we checked-in. Thankfully the other cabin was available. The on-site manager did not know we were checking in. Listing was accurate, but I was still surprised there wasn’t at least soap in the bathroom/shower. There is also a completely see-through window into the bathroom (should be frosted or provide a way to block the view). »
