Guest Access:
Guests have full access to their private unit, including all listed amenities inside the apartment. However, CERTAIN community features such as the gym, pool, and other shared facilities are subject to seasonal availability, maintenance, or closures at the discretion of the building management. Please refer to the amenities list for an updated list of all amenities.
đââïž Pool Availability: The pool is seasonally closed in the fall and winter and reopens in late spring.
đą Shared Amenities: We are not responsible for random maintenance or closures of amenities, as they are managed by the apartment complex and shared among all residents!

đȘȘ 21+ AGE REQUIREMENT & ID VERIFICATION
To ensure the safety and security of all guests, we require identity verification before check-in. This process includes:
â A valid government-issued photo ID (driverâs license or passport)
â Submission of a selfie and a scanned copy of the ID through our proprietary verification software
â All guests staying in the unit must provide their IDs
â Failure to complete the verification process may result in cancellation of the booking without a refund.

â One vehicle per reservation â taking up multiple spaces is not allowed
â Commercial vehicles are not permitted
â Parking is at your own risk â we are not responsible for theft, break-ins, towing, or damages. We strongly recommend not leaving valuables in your vehicle.
đ„ NO FILM PRODUCTION ALLOWED
Filming, photoshoots, or any type of commercial production are strictly prohibited on the property.
đ QUIET HOURS
â Quiet hours are from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM daily.
â During these hours, no loud music should be played, and all audio should be kept at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents.
đ ïž DAMAGES
â The property will be inspected for damages after checkout
â Guests are required to report any damages upon check-in to avoid being charged after departure
đ« GUEST LIMIT & VISITORS
â No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed without prior approval
â ïž TWO-STRIKE POLICY â EARLY REMOVAL FROM PROPERTY
We enforce a strict two-strike policy for violations of house rules:
1ïžâŁ FIRST VIOLATION â Guests will receive a warning
2ïžâŁ SECOND VIOLATION â Immediate removal from the property without a refund
đč This applies to unauthorized guests, excessive noise, smoking violations, or any disruptive behavior.

â No lifeguard on duty â use the pool at your own risk
â Seasonal availability â Pool hours may change due to maintenance and weather conditions. We cannot guarantee the pool will be open during your stay. Please inquire before booking.
â No glass containers allowed in the pool area
â Guests must follow all posted pool rules
