Make yourself at home in this family-friendly neighborhood in the heart of Cary! This home features plenty of natural light with skylights throughout, four bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. Spacious kitchen, front and back porch for outdoor seating, two dining areas, an EV-charger and a beautifully relaxing space.

The Space:
Let's begin downstairs, when you walk into the foyer of the home from the front entrance you will see double doors leading to the living room. The living room features plenty of seating and one of the two desk spaces. The kitchen is large and spacious with stainless steel appliances and a gas range. Off of the kitchen is the breakfast nook with seating for four. The breakfast nook looks out the the back porch and grilling area. Back inside and off the front of the home is the formal dining area with seating for six. You will also find a full sized walk in pantry, laundry area with washer and dryer and half bathroom downstairs.
Upstairs on the second floor you will find the primary bedroom with ensuite full bathroom. This bathroom has a garden tub and walk in shower. Primary bedroom has a king sized bed and smart TV. Primary bedroom boasts a walk in closet with natural light and second work from home desk space. Down the hall you will find two more bedrooms both with queen sized beds and a full bathroom with tub/shower combination.
To access the third floor and fourth bedroom space you go through the first bedroom on the left. On third floor you will find two single beds and additional queen bed. This area has an abundance of natural light with sky lights shining in.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home with the exception of one cleaners closet located under the staircase.

The Neighborhood:
This three story home is located in a family friendly neighborhood off of Cary Parkway and Bond Lake Drive.

Getting Around:
The area is very walkable and close to many parks like Bond Lake and Greenways. The surrounding area has sidewalks.

Other Things to Note:
The EV charger is free for guests to use! We do allow guests to bring up to two dogs with a pet fee of $100.

Interaction with Guests:
Host will be available by messaging or phone but will give guests privacy during their stay.
