You'll find everything you need to prepare meals, from a quick breakfast using the toaster to a home-cooked dinner. A blender and bread maker are also available for your culinary creations.

• Bedrooms: Rest peacefully in two private bedrooms. One room offers a plush, teal velvet queen-sized bed, while the second features a versatile blue velvet daybed with a pull-out trundle. Both rooms include ample storage and room-darkening shades to ensure a great night's sleep.

• Bathroom: The full bathroom includes a tub/shower combination. We provide fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your convenience.

Guest Access:

Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire home. This includes both bedrooms, the full bathroom, the living area, the fully equipped kitchen, and the private, fenced-in backyard. The property is equipped with a smart lock for easy, keyless self check-in, providing you with seamless and secure entry at your convenience.

Getting Around:

Our duplex is in a great spot for getting around Raleigh and the nearby areas. If you're driving, you can park for free on the street or on the property. Most places are just a short 5-15 minute drive away. You can also use the GoRaleigh buses to get around. The Raleigh-Durham International Airport (RDU) is about a 20-minute drive, which is super convenient for flying. Plus, the area is easy to walk around with sidewalks and greenway trails, and you can easily grab an Uber or Lyft.



Other Things to Note:

Security: For your safety and the security of the property, exterior security cameras are located on the premises. These cameras monitor outdoor areas only (front and back of the house) and do not have views of any interior spaces. Your privacy is respected.



A note on the shower: it has a High Sierra all-metal low-flow head. It is small, black, and sits right at the end of the arm, so a few guests have thought there was no head on it. It is there and it gives a strong spray, just turn the water on.
