Fletcher Park is within walking distance and has beautiful walking trails all through it, two public tennis courts and a full-size basketball court. There are also summer concerts in the park.
It is self check in so anytime you arrive after 4:00 is fine. I will always just be a phone call away if needed but allow you privacy to enjoy your space.
This apartment has two off street parking spaces.
No smoking (or vaping), no parties or gatherings, no pets and all guests must be noted on the reservation.

The Host is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests. We allow children with the following stipulations:

PLEASE NOTE: There is a camera monitoring access in and out of the apartment. It is only on the outside of the apartment, there are no cameras inside the apartment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Free cancellation for 48 hours, as long as the guest cancels at least 14 days before check-in (time shown in the confirmation email)
After that, guests can cancel up to 7 days before check-in and get a 50% refund of the nightly rate and the cleaning fee.
For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listingâs local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
