Bedroom #1: Bunk bed. Full bed on the bottom. Twin bed up top. Twin bed trundle underneath.

Bedroom #2: Queen sized bed.

Guests have access via a smart lock. We will send you an access code that is unique to the dates and times of your reservation.

*YMCA Access: We have worked it out with the YMCA that our guests can use their facilities for free for up to 7 consecutive days. They have 4 locations in Durham with multiple pools, gyms, tennis courts, racquetball courts, etc. You can also use the YMCA’s in Chapel Hill and Raleigh.

To avoid confusion, and so that you can see an accurate rental price PRIOR to booking, make sure to enter the correct number of overnight guests. When checking out, VRBO will label any number of guests over the first 2 as “Additional Guest(s).

Note: For Security Deposits, VRBO collects these funds and returns them to you if the property is not damaged. As the host we do not receive these funds.
