« Expedia sent me a message saying "Guests loved the breakfast. What about you?" -- How can Expedia make such blatant mistakes?-Urban Hotel is nice, -one of the better hotels I've stayed at here in Ukraine.-But they don't offer breakfast. You can buy a cup of coffee for 20 hyrivnias. Expedia should do a better job sending out messages to travelers on trips.- »

« Not a great experience staying here! We got 2 twin beds pushed together instead of a double bed which was very uncomfortable for the two of us. Also the room did not look anything like the photos and was very congested in terms of space. All the extras including pool or sauna that were advertised are an extra charge beware. The only saving grace was the location which was quite accessible to the main town centre. »
