« This resort was a slice of Heaven in an area that feels quite remote. The check in is amazing because they just text you a code to get into your room so you don’t have to go to a main desk. The room felt massive and was extremely clean&gorgeous. There was a mini fridge that kept our food perfectly cold, and the bed was extremely comfortable. « The room was not clean. No coffee. The worst pillows I have ever slept on. They aren't even a standard pillow. More the size of a small throw pillow. Top sheet had a burn hole in it. »

« I had a terrible experience when fire ants crawled into my bed and onto my nightstand. When I called the front desk to report the incident, the manager was unapologetic and acted as if I was lying. However, they eventually came to my room and still even seeing the Ants not one I’m sorry »
