Experience elegance and holidaying ease at Wainui Place, a contemporary townhouse with sleek, design-led interiors, three bedrooms and three bathrooms, just steps from Raglan`s best cafes, restaurants, boutique shops and the harbour.

Laid out across two levels for space and privacy, upstairs has the master with a king bed and ensuite (through the walk-in wardrobe), and a second bedroom with two king singles, perfect for children or friends (bedding can be reconfigured to a king bed if requested in advance). The main bathroom is also upstairs, along with a deck with a dining table and couch for coffee or a glass of wine. Downstairs, the third bedroom has its own king bed and bathroom, ideal for extra separation or single-level access, and opens to a private courtyard with a small deck and low-maintenance fake grass.

Hardwood floors, elegant tiling and brand-new furnishings give a fresh, contemporary feel, and the fully equipped kitchen makes self-catering easy. Centralised heating and air conditioning keep it comfortable in every season. An internal carpeted double garage and a laundry with washer and dryer suit longer stays and families, and all bedrooms have large wardrobes with ample storage throughout.

You will have private access to the entire house and outdoor area.

- Strictly no smoking indoors. If you smoke outdoors, remove butts from the property on departure.
- Residential area - Quiet time from 10pm to 9am.
- Events and parties are not permitted without prior arrangement. Guests limited to number booked. Extra charge if exceeded.
- BBQ (if available): clean with supplied cleaner after use. Cleaning fee if left dirty.
- Rubbish: 1x full blue bag allowed. Take extra with you or use a local refuse station (see house info folder).
- Recycling: 1x full bin per stay. Extra: take with you or $25/box disposal charge.
- No EV charging.
- Left belongings: $20 minimum return fee plus courier cost.
- Motion-sensor security camera may be present at entrance door. Footage may be reviewed if misconduct is suspected.

To protect your stay and our properties, ID verification is required before access details are released, and your booking is conditional on completing it. After payment, you`ll get a secure link to the property portal and will need to verify with a photo ID and a quick selfie — access details are released automatically once it`s done. Takes a few minutes; your data is handled securely by the portal operator, SuiteOp. Failure to complete ID verification will result in your booking being cancelled. Cancellation fees may apply.
