"The hotel is new and the building is interesting. Every room has a furnished balcony. However, the hotel’s design is such that smoke from balconies equipped with ashtrays drifts into other rooms; this was very uncomfortable for us, especially since the hotel lacks air conditioning, forcing us to sleep with the windows closed during the summer heat. Upon arrival, the room smelled strongly of tobacco. Management did not respond to our request to change rooms. The room was clean, but the kitchen setup was poor: the cutlery consisted of only one teaspoon and two forks, and the dishware was sparse and incomplete—hardly adequate for a room designed to accommodate four people. There is a sauna, but it is poorly maintained; while the steam room itself is nice and features a panoramic window, the shower was broken, there were no towels or sheets, and the relaxation area lacked ventilation. The hotel building itself is attractive and unique, but the service and management are very poor. It might be a suitable choice if you aren't bothered by tobacco smoke or the smell of cigarettes, but don't count on the kitchen facilities. The hotel has its own parking lot with plenty of spaces."

"Très bon séjour avec hôtel en plein centre ville. Nous avons apprécié mais hébergement au 4eme étage alors que j'avais dit que ma fille avait peur des ascenseurs et qu'un hébergement au 1er étage aurait été plus apprécié."

"Tres belle salle sport climatisée et super équipée Magnifique espace wellness avec 1 piscine intérieure avec jets, 1 piscine extérieure avec vue sur les montagnes, 6 saunas et Dampfbad. Petit-déjeuner buffet exceptionnel au 11ème etage avec vue panoramique à 360 degrés sur les montagnes tout autour. Chambre parfaitement insonorisée et agencée avec goût et style. Expérience client incroyable!!!"

"Pas de personnel à l’accueil. Cela se fait avec une tablette donc ne pas oublier de checker son numéro de réservation. Par contre il faudrait mieux indiquer où trouver les cartes magnétiques qui ouvrent les chambres car on n’a pas forcément le réflexe d’ouvrir la boîte du check out ."

"Petit dejeuner composé de produits frais et variés d'excellente qualité. Literie très confortable. Seuls les oreillers étaient trop mous. Pour le reste, rien à redire, tout était parfait et le personnel était très accueillant. Nous y reviendrons lors de notre prochain sejour au Bodensee."
