Main Floor Common Room
With a bright and open concept, the main floor is designed to create a space where families can comfortably enjoy time together, whether you’re whipping up a masterpiece in the kitchen, hanging out at the dining room table or kicking back on the couch.

Recreation Room
You’ll find a large and comfortable recreation room on the bottom floor. This is a huge benefit to families with kids who want to have their own space to spread out and enjoy the large-screen TV. It’s also the perfect spot for a family movie night. Complete with a foosball table and board games.

Bedrooms
Enjoy a peaceful rest in any one of our light and airy bedrooms. Decorated in calming neutral colours with comfy beds and cozy luxe linens, you’ll want to take your mornings slow and stay in bed just a little longer.

No need to worry about if you’ll have everything you need, as it’s well equipped to prepare whatever’s on the menu.

Voted the friendliest place in Canada, Radium Hot Springs offers peace, beauty and adventure. You can hear birds singing with the softest echoes at all times of the day. There are five golf courses within a 15-minute drive. The world-famous Radium hot springs are only a 5-minute drive. If you want to recharge and relax, look no further!
1. Please respect the neighbours and the quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is a noise monitor in the unit that will test decibels throughout the day.

2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot exceed more than 9 people.

3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.

4. Although pets are permitted on the property we ask that you please keep them off the linens and furniture. Any excessive dog hair or damage will be charged to the guest's name on the reservation. Pets also must be leashed at all times while outside.

5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.

6. Any items that are mistakenly left behind that you wish to have returned will be shipped via Cash on Delivery along with a $30.00 admin fee.

7. Guests must confirm current fire bans prior to using the fire pit. Any tickets issued for fires during a fire ban will be billed directly to the main renter on file for the respective date(s).

8. Hot tub use should be restricted to 30 minutes and avoided by anyone who may be pregnant. After each use, it is the guest’s responsibility to add 1 cap of boost granules (chlorine granules) into the middle of the hot tub while the jets are turned on for 20 minutes. Please leave the lid open for 45 minutes and remember to close the lid to avoid turning it into a cold plunge! We find that this is best done at the end of the evening as the hot tub should not be used for 3 hours following the chlorine cycle. If you remove the chlorine floater during your use it is the guest’s responsibility to make sure it is placed back in the hot tub after each use. We ask that if you are enjoying a beverage in the tub you only use plastic cups. If the hot tub water is not properly maintained and requires more than 1 site visit for maintenance and/or a full drain and refill, there will be an additional charge of $400.00.
