Tenuta Marghery - Salento Reservation

Tenuta Marghery - Salento Reservation is a villa made up of two beautiful adjoining cottages, providing a completely relaxing stay without compromising on comfort. It is strategically located to reach all the most sought-after destinations in Salento and can comfortably accommodate up to 18 people.
Located in Racale, it is just 3 km from the sea at the Torre Suda marina, which features a low cliff with easy access where swimming is widely practiced. The property is also just a short distance from the white beaches of Torre San Giovanni and Gallipoli.
Tenuta Marghery consists of two adjacent properties: Tenuta Armony and Tenuta Margherita , which are also available for separate rental.
The property is composed as follows:
Tenuta Margherita
It boasts a spacious living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchen corner with a dining table and chairs, and a TV. There is a sitting room furnished with a relaxation area and two double sofa beds. The villa also includes a master bedroom with air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, two bedrooms with a single bed where an adult and a child up to ten years old can stay, with en-suite bathrooms and shower boxes, a laundry room, and a covered veranda with garden furniture and a wood-burning barbecue. The outdoor area also features a very convenient outdoor shower.
The large garden is equipped with a covered dining area with a fireplace, an additional dining or relaxation area, a reading corner, and a playground for children.
Tenuta Armony
It consists of a spacious living room whit air conditioning with a double sofa bed, a kitchen corner with a dining table and chairs, and a TV. The sitting room has a relaxation area with two double sofa beds. There are two double bedrooms, one located outside the main structure in a wooden cabin whit air conditioning, and one twin bedroom. Additionally, there are two bathrooms with shower boxes and a washing machine. The outdoor area includes a covered veranda with garden furniture and a wood-burning barbecue, a large garden with a covered dining area with a fireplace, an extra dining or relaxation area, a reading corner, a playground for children, and a very convenient outdoor shower.
Nothing is left to chance inside Tenuta Marghery — every detail is carefully designed.
Note: The cleaning fee includes bed linens and bath towels, breakfast supplies for the first three days, utility costs, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, parking space, and check-in/check-out services.
A camping crib is available for a supplement of €35.00 per stay.
Pets are welcome for a small supplement of €35.00.

For check-ins and check-outs outside the specified time frame, upon customer request and prior approval, an additional fee will be applied:

For check-ins after 8:30 PM and until 10:00 PM: extra charge of €30.00
For check-ins from 10:00 PM to midnight: extra charge of €50.00
For check-ins from midnight to 7:00 AM: extra charge of €100.00

For early check-outs, upon customer request and prior approval, between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM, an extra charge of €30.00 will apply. .
