The property includes three bedrooms in total, with one bedroom on the first floor and the other two rooms and most amenities found on the ground floor. Guests can enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, a cosy dining area and relaxing living spaces, all designed to make your stay easy and enjoyable. The house keeps its original features, giving it a unique Maltese feel, while still providing everything you need for a pleasant visit. Whether you are here for a short holiday or a quiet break, the home offers enough space for families, friends or small groups who want comfort, privacy and a calm environment in a historic area.

Guest access
Guests will have full access to the entire house during their stay. The property includes three comfortable bedrooms, with one located on the Ground floor and the remaining rooms found on the First floor. You may use all indoor spaces, including the kitchen, dining area, living areas and bathroom, as well as any outdoor areas belonging to the house. Entry is provided through a secure lockbox, and guests are free to come and go at their convenience.

Other things to note
Please note that the property is located in a quiet residential area in Rabat, so we kindly ask guests to respect the neighbours and keep noise to a reasonable level, especially during the evening and early morning. Parking is not available on the premises, and many streets nearby are narrow or reserved for residents, so we recommend using nearby public parking areas within walking distance. The house has shared outdoor spaces, including the courtyard, which may be accessed by others on occasion, so we ask guests to respect these areas and keep them tidy. The home is traditional and has some steps and uneven surfaces, which may not be suitable for guests with mobility difficulties.
