« Staff were friendly. There was unique smell to the whole hotel that wasn’t very pleasant. Elevator’s you could tell were older and slow. I found a blood stain on the sheets but it did look like it was washed and only a stain. The air didn’t seem to work but it was very hot and high humidity outside. Room was spacious. »

« The staff was not well informed about some of the amenities there the hotel was very clean . The manager was no where to be found I couldn't even get him on the phone poor customer service as far as the manager I booked a day there cancelled the day and Expedia couldn't get a hold of the manager to honor the day I missed the room was paid for they didn't refund me nor honor the day I missed so work on your management then the total experiencecwill be exceptional »

« Check in lady was unfriendly and to busy to wait on me. Made me wait like 10" while on phone. »

« The hotel was expensive, but it felt more like a motel 6. The A/C was not working in the elevators and halls, and the room was 81 degrees. The bathroom exhaust fan was not working so that was like living in a third world country. The mattress had springs that poked you in the night, and the sides of the mattress were collapsing so you felt like you were falling off if you got too close to the edge. Breakfast was advertised as a restaurant experience, but was nothing more than a continental...

« C'est un hébergement presentant un excellent rapport qualité prix. La cuisine a été bien appréciée dans la chambre. Le personnel était tres sympathique. La pompe de la piscine s'est arrêtée pendant notre sejour et n'a pas été réparée. Nous n'avons donc pu bénéficier de la piscine. De plus, les Bar-b-cues extérieurs étaient non utilisables car trop sales et non performants. »

« The breakfast situation was a bit confusing. Even the email sent about breakfast didn’t make sense. There isn’t a breakfast but you can get Quick service eats but get a full breakfast for $13. Then staff looked as if they didn’t want to make breakfast so we left out for it. Also there was a weird guy in the lobby hanging with the Front Lobby Staffer. Freaked my kid out. »
