Sip your fave drink on the screened porch, tour the neighborhood on bikes, & canoe down the saltwater creek. Just a short car ride to the beach. There are great restaurants & bars in the area as well. Quiet neighborhood with no loud parties. Pets are welcome too! We do not allow crabbing or fishing on the property although there are many close by spots to enjoy these activities. The apartment is underneath the owner occupied main home & has a private entrance. We give our guests privacy but are also available when you need us. The space is complete with fresh towels, linens, toiletries, and snacks. There is a full kitchen as well as a grill. Open the glass door to a wonderful large screen porch to read, nap, enjoy a cup or eat outdoors. The backyard faces the beautiful National Forsythe Nature Refuge. A true gem!
