« This was like staying with close friends. Comfortable, clean and cozy place. Owners stayed upstairs but was never a distraction. Super friendly hosts who wanted to ensure our needs were met. They accommodated our boat parking too. Would certainly recommend this place and we plan to return. »

« I got the cabin because my son was racing at Wheatland and was suppose to be all weekend. Unfortunately he broke the first night so we had an entire weekend with no plans. We played lots of board games, soaked in the hot tub, had a campfire and just relaxed all weekend. After a very bad start it turned out to be a great stay. »

« I needed a place with at least 2 bathrooms to stay while we were racing at Lucas Oil Speedway for the week. I also like to have a kitchen when we are racing for an extended period of time. The kitchen is well stocked with pans, bakeware, and utensils for making about anything. The oven could need a thermostat. The biscuits were a little crunchy coming out. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for 6 adults. »

« We were looking for a place to stay close to the Hermitage campground where lots of family was camping. This cabin was about ten minutes away. We brought a fishing boat along and used the ramp that was close to the property to put it in. We also kayaked by the boat ramp. Boat ramp is gravel but worked fine for us. Great patio for relaxing in lawn chairs and grilling. We enjoyed our stay and host was very informative and easy to work with since we didn't know the area very well. »

« Very nice lodging on the square in Osceola Mo. I grew up here and love to visit my hometown. Prior to this lodging there weren’t any real options of a nice place to rent. Chestnut now offers a great place to stay right on the square at a very reasonable rate. »
