« A general thumb's up for this property and those who tend it -- their service was good, friendly, and prompt when needed. The view is wonderful. Place is spotless and is an oasis of peace when compared to PV. Bus service into PV or Boca is frequent and close. The price is hard to beat, so one has to accept cooking on a single burner hot plate and microwave, and the distance involved in getting groceries. Walking on the highway may not be advisable after dark given lack of sidewalk. Many stairs...

« We had the most amazing view of Banderas Bay. Rooms were clean, one bed was comfortable, the other bed was a bit worn down. Hosts are great. Living room furniture is a bit worn as well but that didn’t stop us from enjoying our stay. »

« Nice view and large unit kitchen living room bedroom and bathroom. Only downfall was finding condo 4 as it is not marked. Also, the locks were difficult to open. There are 110 stairs from gate to condo 4. »

« I’ve stayed here many times and always enjoy my experience. I appreciate the staff, the great location and the views. I also like the traditional styling and authenticity of the place. It always adds to my trip! »

« My family and I had a great stay. The view from the room was beautiful. Beds were comfortable. Air conditioning worked great. Host was very responsive with any questions I had. Would definitely recommend. »

« The property, the beach, and the location were fantastic! It’s very easy to get an Uber or a taxi to get into town. »

« Great place with amazing views! Easy check-in and quick walk down town. »

« The beautiful condo we had was stunning! The views, the bed, the pool everything was great! The suite was huge! You’ll love it! The wifi could be quicker but I think it’s like that everywhere in PV! »

« Our stay was fantastic! Everything within walking distance. Pool was amazing and so refreshing. Apartment was shining clean. Thank you Rob. »

« We had an amazing stay at Casa Nierika. The property is about 5 minutes from the beautiful Conchas Chinas beach, and about 2 minutes from the bus stop into Puerto Vallarta, which takes 10 minutes. The apartment is well appointed and the two beds were really comfortable. There are coffee making facilities, and we appreciated the little details that the host left, like speciality coffee and some beers in the outside fridge. The view from the balcony is stunning, but the highlight has to be the...

« Nous avons adoré notre séjour au condo Las Glorias. Sergio a répondu rapidement à nos demandes d’information. Très bien situé. Je vous le recommande sans hésitation. »

« Amazing location! Incredible pool, staff, and views! Lobby and building are uniquely designed. »

« The building is absolutely stunning. The condo is very spacious, big rooms and greatly decorated. The roof top pool however is worth every penny!!! It’s stunning!!! »
