Situé sur un cul de sac privé dans la communauté sécurisée de Pacific Canyon Drive, cette maison tropicale éclectique offre l'isolement, des vues et un cadre de forêt tropicale qui est difficile à égaler.

Votre arrivée à la maison se fait par un escalier descendant entouré de jardins tropicaux qui vous mènent dans la maison. L'espace commun, qui se trouve au rez-de-chaussée de la maison, dispose d'une cuisine entièrement équipée et d'un coin repas spacieux avec une superbe table en bois dur tropical.

Il y a une énorme terrasse tropicale qui entoure la piscine, idéale pour se prélasser, admirer l'océan ou admirer toute la faune, y compris les visites quotidiennes de la Mono Titi, une espèce rare qui ne peut être trouvée ici que dans la région de Manuel Antonio et qui prospère dans la jungle entourant cette propriété. Il y a un total de 4 chambres dans la maison et trois salles de bain complètes, toutes climatisées. Un futon supplémentaire dans l'espace de vie au deuxième étage peut accueillir 2 personnes supplémentaires pour un total de 10.

La villa est bien située, offre toutes les commodités sauf un duo de laveuse sécheuse et une table extérieure pour manger sur la terrasse. Le propriétaire est immédiatement intervenu pour corriger un problème avec le BBQ. Je recommande sans réserve cette location. l

Short family stay

Charming house with great architectural features. Ocean views are beautiful and wildlife viewing is abundant. Kids loved watching monkeys come by multiple times a day. Property is centrally located in Manuel Antonio and within walking distance to many shops, activities, and restaurants. There is a steep driveway and a lot of stairs to get to the house so not ideal for individuals with mobility difficulties. Would stay again if travels take us back to the area.

Beautiful escape in Costa Rica!

Nestled in the jungle, the villa was a perfect place to disconnect and enjoy the area. Even with the rain we experienced the covered patio area allowed us to take in the jungle during storms.

Lovely home in great location

This was a great home perfect for my family of 4 in a great location walkable to grocery and restaurants. It does have a very steep driveway and not all taxis are willing to meet you at the top of your stairs so just be willing and able to carry luggage to top of steep driveway if necessary. Many houses are like this in MA so this is not different than many. I give 4 stars instead of 5 because VRBo lists this place as entire house and I paid for entire house but master bathroom and extra bedroom on top floor was locked. On arrival, the concierge said he didn’t have the key but could bring it the next day if we felt like we needed it. I am an owner of a short term rental property and in my opinion this should not be presented as an option but should just be open. We had friends staying nearby, one family one night wanted to come stay with us since there was 17 in their house but we didn’t have space because the extra bedroom was locked. Don’t advertise a whole place, charge for a whole place, if you are going to lock half of it up. Other than that, this place was great, comfortable beds, great outdoor space with pool, and great proximity to restaurants.

Gorgeous view!

Don't miss out on this vacation rental! I can't express how great of an experience we had at Villa Mono Titi. You will receive information about the concierge service after your rental is confirmed. The concierge service was top notch! Everything we needed and/or had questions about, Jorge was on it! So quick to reply, too. We also took the opportunity to book a dinner with Chef Katya and she was incredible! The service was worth the fee and the food was excellent! We also used the concierge service to book a Catamaran trip and it was a great time for our entire family (grandparents included). The villa itself offers a great view of the beach amidst the jungle so you get the best of both worlds! The monkeys visit regularly and so do lizards. The setup of the rooms was perfect for our group but the stairs were definitely something of concern for the grandparents with us. It ended up being fine but we just planned for extra time leaving. Overall, 10/10! Would recommend over and over!

Wonderful accommodations for an amazing family vacation!

We had such a great week Staying at villa mono titi. Beautiful home with everything we needed. I view from the pool/patio areas and upstairs balcony. We felt as though we were living in the jungle but with all the comforts of home. Great location to walk to groceries, other shops and restaurants. It was a steep hill to walk up every day but we didn’t mind it kept us in shape! Hazel and Jorge helped arrange everything from daily excursions to restaurants, getting groceries, taxis, souvenirs… everything we needed! We had the best family vacation in Manuel Antonio and would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thank you for everything!

Beautiful views!

Our stay at Villa Mono Titi was lovely. We had fresh fruit and champagne on arrival which was a pleasant surprise. The view from the back patio is amazing! The home was spacious, well stocked and clean. Gorge, the concierge, was very willing to provide information and assistance. We had the opportunity to do the chefs meal our last night and it was the highlight of our trip! The reason I consider it 4 stars (I would give it 4.5 if I could), is that it sits very close to other properties. While you don’t have a direct view per se, you can hear the occupants of two houses nearby very well. While sitting on the back patio enjoying coffee at 6:30am, there were kids bouncing a basketball right above us. Clearly, such disruption is dependent on who is renting those properties but we had no idea from the listing details that it was a possibility. Also, the pool was very cold during our stay so we didn’t get to use it.

Overall, we had an incredible experience at this property and with the team from moment one of booking. Hazel was an amazing communicator and helped us book our rental car-she even sent pics and prices with basic vs premium insurance. She also coordinated the meals that we wanted from their private chef and was overall an incredible support to us to make sure we felt prepared for our trip. Jorge was amazing when we arrived and responded immediately to any question that we had. We wanted to order pizza to be delivered one night and he did it all for us and had it there in 15 minutes!! He booked a night tour for us and sent links to the site. He was amazing. He also had champagne for us upon arrival, and showed us the different types of monkeys that were all around the house which was very cool! The private chef, Alejandro, was AMAZING. His food was incredible and he was so nice. The price of groceries was more than Hazel quoted as the average, so I would plan to spend more. But the quality was amazing-the dinner we had was our favorite, better than any restaurant! Word of warning-the driveway is VERY steep. All in all, 5 stars! Highly recommend staying at Villa Mono Titi!

Great house!

The villa is beautiful! We enjoyed the views and patio immensely. As mentioned the upper bedroom does have a separate entrance, which was no issue for us. The street to the house is steep, lots of stairs to the house, again was no problem for us middle aged folks. Had everything we needed. Concierge (Jorge) was super helpful, and housekeeping did a great job. We had the chef fix meals one day and it was fantastic! We would not hesitate to rent again. Costa Rica is amazing.

Beautiful

This property is lovely. The pool is a great place to relax at the end of the day and the view was always great. We had monkeys come by everyday! The driveway is very steep. It is possible to walk up it and to the main road. We did so many times to eat at Agua Azul. If you have any mobility problems you'll have a tough time. MA has lots of hills so know that before you book. The hills do mean there are amazing views from so many spots! Jorge our concierge was the best concierge we've ever had. His English was excellent. Download WhatsApp and have him at your finger tips. He called every cab we took, got our groceries delivered, arrange transport to Dominical for the day and let us store our luggage for a few hours on our check out day. Jorge 100% made this trip a success for us. Do not hesitate to reach out to him. Comfy beds, nice kitchen (though we barely used it) and beautiful landscaping. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Beautiful place and great service!

Absolutely loved the place and particularly the service. We had chef cooked breakfast and dinner which were excellent! Also, the concierge service was excellent and helped plan the whole itin with great recommendations for tours! Jorge was our contact and was super responsive and helpful. We also had maid service to clean up the place and do the laundry. It was very relaxing and good experience. The only caution is the steep downhill to access the property and stairs to get to it. Overall, had a great stay!

Prefect location, there is a steep hill going to the property but, walking up it kept me in shape :)... got a visit from all the 🐒 monkeys in the morning and afternoon. Jorge Gomez took great care of us, he made the visit worth the whole stay (being 2 single girls) Marvin our driver to and from airport, thank you being awesome ❤ We will be staying at the villa again ❤

This was a great place for wildlife

Everything great except the fishing. They knew about red tide and Conditions. And still had us go out. We booked full day but returned in a couple of hours. I person sick the other 5 couldn't stand without timing waves. I know you can't always predict the conditions but I have fished here for years and they could of warned us or rescheduled. I love this country and we will be back in November with a group of 12

Nice place, could be great

This rental had great potential. The cons: Quite a few stairs are leading down to the property, which was not a problem for us, but I would find a different property if you have any mobility concerns. The fourth bedroom (with the balcony and view) was completely separate from the rest of the house with its own entrance. We were not comfortable with our kids in that room, or us being separated from them in the main part of the house, so we could not use it, which was disappointing. Our oldest just slept on the futon. There was also a strong mold/mildew smell upstairs in the main house that was unpleasant. The pros: The location was great, we could walk to several restaurants, parking one car was easy, there was a great beach just a few minutes away and our concierge was extremely friendly and helpful. We saw all 3 types of monkeys in the backyard and really enjoyed the wildlife. The pool was small but clean and warm. The kitchen was well equipped and spacious. The wifi was pretty good too. The beds were very comfortable. With a few fixes, this house would be perfect!

We LOVED it!!!

What a great experience we had at Villa mono titi.... First and foremost we want to thank Elizabeth , Mari , Hazel , Margarita and Dennis the concierge team for taking care of us from handling our transportation, booking our excursions and just being available whenever we had a question or a need.. SUPER NICE!! Our accommodations were first class. We were told the property had been recently updated and it did not disappoint. You could tell the owners took pride in their home. The decor was both elegant and warm with a West Indies and British Columbia feel. Manual Antonio was laid back and relaxing and there was so much to do. Our kids enjoyed many first time experiences surfing, white water rafting, scuba diving, Manual Antonio national park and beaches... including the daily visits from the monkeys at the property.. The restaurants were very casual and there was selections for the whole family. All of our meals were great but we were really impressed with some of the local Costa Rican dishes with fresh fish... Outstanding!! We had an amazing experience with Villa mono titi and staff and we will be back.. Thanks again to everyone.. Sexton family
